Ingredients
  1. 1/2 pound rolled oats
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1 granny smith apple, grated
  4. 2 cups yogurt, any flavor you like
  5. 1/2 pound fresh or frozen fruit
  6. nuts (any type you like) to taste
  7. sugar or honey to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine the oats and milk and refrigerate over night.
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well, serve
