It is my aim to blog about all things culinary, but mostly The Knickerbocker Glory will cover culinary innovation and creating something new. As the title says, Innovate. Eat. Discuss. Sure, we will dabble in the food world gossip, chat about burning nutrition issues maybe even review a book or product or two, but it is mostly going to be about finding inspiration and applying it to the food world with reckless abandon in hopes of coming up with great new ideas and new ways of thinking.
